Cyon/Scientia partners with oMbiel to bring campusM™ to the Higher Education market worldwide
Cyon is now providing solutions to students via new generation of smart phone technologies.
Cyon together with parent company Scientia Ltd, a global leader in the provision of resource management solutions to the further and higher educational sector, announced today a partnership agreement with oMbiel to offer its campusM™ mobile application as part of its worldwide timetabling, scheduling and planning software solutions offering. Under the agreement, Scientia and its associated companies will promote and distribute the campusM™ portfolio to institutions worldwide.

The campusM™ suite of applications is a natural extension of the Scientia product portfolio. The applications allow students to keep track of their timetables, view changes, locate lecture theatres, car parking, look up their library records, search for contacts in the university directory and locate friends using the Friend Locator in real-time. They also have access to comprehensive university information, the latest student union events, seminars, news and important alerts helping students, staff and visitors get the most out of their time at university. With over 20 years of experience in providing solutions to this sector globally, Scientia will be able to assist universities of all sizes to deploy and integrate campusM™ with Scientia and other university legacy systems.
